  • The Wine:  This wine is made by old vines with 350 meters altitude, grown in traditional systems of high density and low production per plant.

  • Viticulture and Vinification:  The grapes are manually harvest, on arrival at the wine cellar the grapes are destemmed and placed in the pneumatic press and then pressed in a gentle manner.
    After pressing the drained must is cold decanted for 48 hours at 12ºC (53ºF). Subsequently, this is transferred and put through the alcoholic fermentation in new 225 liters french oak.

  • Ageing:  Aged in new oak for 6 months and bâtonnage over fine lees.

  • Bottling and Total Prodution:  Bottled in March 2019.
    2 990 bottles (0.75 l)

  • Tasting Notes:  Appearence: Limpid with an open straw colour.
    Aroma/Flavour: Fruity aromas with complexity endowed during ageing in oak over fine lees.
    Tasting: Fresh, complex with a long after taste.

  • Wine Serving suggestion:  Serve at a temperature of 12ºC (53ºF). A fine accompaniment to all types of fish and seafood, white meat, salads and soft cheese.
