- Grapegrowing and winemaking: The grapes are foot trodden in 1 ton stainless steel open vats. Subsequently,
they are pressed and the must is transfer to stainless steel vats. The fermentation brought to a natural close due to the cold of winter.
- Maturation: In 1 ton stainless steel vats.
- Bottling: Bottled in June 2019.
