  • The wine:  Originating from vines with low yields, harvested in late November 2017. This is a wine with natural sweetness from the over-matured grapes.

  • Grape Varieties:  Old vines from the estate with over 40 years of age and more than 20 varieties. Field Blend.

  • Grapegrowing and winemaking:  The grapes are foot trodden in 1 ton stainless steel open vats. Subsequently, they are pressed and the must is transfer to stainless steel vats. The fermentation brought to a natural close due to the cold of winter.

  • Maturation:  In 1 ton stainless steel vats.

  • Bottling:  Bottled in June 2019.

  • Tasting Notes:  Appearance: Intense Ruby colour;
    Nose: Dried fruit and spices;
    Palate: Sweet with vibrant acidity and complex finish.
